There is an up-stair bathroom with a bath and power shower and a down-stair washroom with a toilet in each.
There is also a medium sized garden at the rear with a lawn and patio. There is adequate free parking space.
The area is well served by public transport and is conveniently situated to the city centre and to Southampton General Hospital.
A female is preferred. Ideally she would be looking for somewhere she could call home from home. She would have access to all the household amenities.
As landlord, I live on the premises and consider myself easy to get along with. I like to be clean and well organised.
