We have a large family home facing the Common in Southampton, very convenient for the University and the hospital. Our 2 sons are away in London so there is a lot of space for just one couple.
There is a small single bedroom available but there is also a separate kitchen, bathroom and sitting room for use by the tenant. The house is centrally heated and we have broadband.
