Lovely Cottage in Central Southampton!

Easygoing but thoughtful housemate wanted! I have a lovely two bed mid terrace 15 mins walk from Central Southampton. The house is cosey and comfortable with exposed floorboards, a wood burning stove, a lovely modern kitchen and a patio garden in which you are welcome to smoke. There is permit parking and pubs, shops and Southampton Common a short walk away. The room that I am renting is a small double. The price is £500 inclusive of all bills. I have a small dog which will keep your feet warm.

I am a professional who works mon-fri 8. 00-6. 00pm. I like horse riding/rollerskating/gym, reading, putting on and going to gigs, knocking about the New Forest, Pub Quiz's and photography. Etc. I like a few late nights but I'm a pubber not a clubber. I'm looking for a housemate who is clean but not ridiculously tidy, will be happy to hang out but no pressure to be bff's. And reliable.
