The house is available to all students (single or couple), preferably non smokers. It is well furnished and located in a quiet residential area. It has 4 Large double rooms, 1 newly fitted Shower room, 1 living room + kitchen and 2 toilets. Each room is furnished with Beds, Wardrobes and Chest of Draws including Wi-Fi. Precisely, house is 20 minutes walk from the Southampton University and almost the same for Southampton Solent University. At rear there is a garden and the parking area is also available.
