3 bedroom house 10 minutes walk from the university, 5 minutes from Swaythling train station and close to the airport and bus links into town.

There is one double and two single bedrooms upstairs and a kitchen, living room and bathroom downstairs.

The house comes fully furnished and all bedrooms are equipped with a desk, chair, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and bed.

The energy performance certificate rating is a band E.

The rent covers the property and the tenants are responsible for utility bills and council tax, if applicable.

For short term lets bills and council tax can be included in the rent, but the rent would be increased to reflect this.

Small pets allowed.

The house is not licensed as an HMO so we can take a maximum of two individual tenants or one family. We would be willing to rent the two single rooms to one person, with one being used as a study at a rate lower than if they were both rented individually.
