This is a large double bedroom in a modern 4 bed house ( one unoccupied spare room, for guests). The room is fully furnished, with a double bed, 2 chests of drawers, a wardrobe, a shelving unit and a fitted shelf and 3 mirrors. It is a bright and airy room with 2 large windows.
The house has a cosy lounge, spacious kitchen-diner, a bathroom and an extra toilet downstairs. Additional information: rear garden, new boiler, free street parking.
The house is in a perfect location for anyone who works at Southampton General Hospital, and is walking distance to local shops and restaurants as well as the common.
I am very sad to be leaving my lovely housemates, and would like to find someone friendly and sociable to join their home. They both work in health and social care, enjoy girly nights in and a good homemade crumble (rhubarb from the garden!) The house is managed by a letting agent who require references at a fee. We may be able to be flexible with moving dates.
