We have one bedroom available in a furnished 4-bedroom house starting February 2016. The bedroom has it's own shower and toilet.

The house is located off Northlands Road in one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in Southampton. The location is fantastic, 2 minutes’ walk from the Southampton Common and the Cowherds Pub, and mid-way between the University of Southampton (Highfield Campus is 15-20 minutes’ walk) and the City Centre (10-15 minutes’ walk). Access to the public transport is around the corner.

We have been living in this house for the past six years and we are enjoying every moment of it. Currently we are three PhD students and one Post Doc. Unfortunately the company will have to break soon to start a new life individually, so we are currently looking for people willing to move in for a period of 3-5 months. The house is very well maintained, has a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, multiple showers and bathrooms, large living-room, utility areas, garage, on-road parking, and a nice garden for BBQs and chilling in the sun. The house has three floors and rooms have big windows giving a lot of light. We are easy-going, friendly and sociable people, up for a variety of activities, of which cooking good food and hanging out in the kitchen together is of our favourite one.

Postgrad student or professional, you will be very welcome. Quality-to-price value, it is about the best you can get in Southampton. The landlord is very approachable and usually takes care of maintenance issues promptly.
