Double room in a 3 bedroom flat( 5 minutes town)

Double room in a 3 bedroom flat ! the period that I'm renting is from 20th march 2015 until 28th june 2015! the room it comes already furnished but we gonna leave other stuff like pillows, duvet, cover duvet , alogen heater , plates, pans, and other things that at the end of yours permanence you can have it ! the amount is 450£ plus the electricity an council tax. The house has kitchen, bathroom, living room . The deposit is 450£.The price is really cheap for what i'm giving. For more info and details please let me know.
