Single room in Bitterne

A single room has just become available in our house in Bitterne, Southampton as of March the 12th. The price is £325 a month including all bills.
It's a 3 bed detached house with plenty of off road parking and communism space to use with all the necessary amenities of washing machine/dryer ect. There is also garage with space for bike storage. The property has high speed wifi and Virgin tv in the living room as well as all bedrooms. The room has a wardrobe/ bed/ chest of draws and TV.
There are 2 other tenants living at the property, both very friendly/tidy and both working professionals. Its important that the social happy atmosphere is maintained. It's equally important that whoever is to move in is cat friendly, as we have 2 very friendly cats which the current tenants are helping to look after. The reason we have the rooms let is we have recently left to go travelling, we expect to be back at around the end of the year. We are fairly flexible on contract lengths so this can be discussed.
