1 Double Bedroom to rent for August 2015

I am a student looking to rent out my room over the summer months while I live at home. It is a spacious upstairs double bedroom available from 1st August to 1st September in Highfield. Location is very good and is Very close to both Avenue and Highfield Campus, just a short 4/5 minute walk to each and also a 10 minute walk to Portswood and the large Sainsbury's.
The room is furnished with a desk, sink, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a double bed. The duvet and pillows are not included. There are 4 other tenants but will unlikely be living in the house with you during this time. There is a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and also a separate toilet. There is also a drive. Unfortunately I do not have any pictures of the rest of the house however the landlord will be happy to show you around the house if you would like a viewing.
