Double rm, centrally located penthouse w/ balcony!

I am looking for a sociable, friendly person to move in June. This is potentially flexible (min term 6months). Spacious fully furnished apartment (landlord conveniently has storage if you have your own furniture to move in) , large balcony, double room available. My room has an en suite so the main bathroom (shower and bath) would be basically yours. Option of parking possible.
Admin fees and deposit required to replace current room mate through the letting agent.
I like to have friends round for drinks and also spend a fair amount of time out. I do shift work, so some evenings you would have the place to yourself.
