Communal Areas:
The house has a communal kitchen / lounge with all the usual appliances including dishwasher, large fridge/freezer etc. To the rear is a private, enclosed garden.

The rooms are only available to professionals and postgraduate students. Please also note rooms are for single occupancy only.

Current Tenants
The current tenants are two women and one man (23-35 approx) who are all professionals working in or around Southampton. The room is only available to professionals or post graduate students.
