Double Room in Southampton

We have a large double room in a 4 bedroom house from July to July. We are looking for one more student as one of us will be leaving this July. You will be living with 3 clean and generally quiet tenants, though we are all usually up for a few drinks or a good night out.
It's a 7-8 minute walk/3 minute cycle from the university and a 5 minute walk from Sainsbury's and Portswood broadway. The neighbourhood is pretty good and safe, and the landlord is really nice.
