We live in a beautiful large house in the highly sought after area Highfield. This is a 5 minute walk away from Southampton Uni and a 30 minute walk from Southampton City Centre, with easily accessible bus and trains. We live a two minute walk away from local shops (including Waitrose and Sainsbury's), bars and restaurants. Highfield is really like a leafy village, yet still is very handy for town. We also back onto the stunning Residents gardens.

The house is very spacious at 4000sq ft and is spread over three floors. There is a downstairs toilet and two bathrooms upstairs. All bills included and we are very flexible with sharing tea, coffee, milk etc. The hub of the house is the large open plan kitchen wheher, eating, drinking, or simply relaxing.
