Large double within walking distance from hospital

I am looking for someone friendly that likes a bit of peace and quiet and is a considerate housemate, but also likes to socialise and have a chat and glass of wine after work or a long week, to share a lovely new build house within walking distance from the hospital. The house is fully furnished, broadband is available and bills will be included. Unfortunately parking is limited.
The room is a large double with king size bed.
Deposit and references required. No couples, pets.
