The room has double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, vanity table and chair.

The rent inclusive ALL utility bills and Internet.

Female preferred housemate. Non smoking, very clean, respectful to other people. Although it is a 4 bedrooms house only 3 rooms are being occupied so it is not a crowded house. No overnight guest allowed, No couple and No Parking available.
