I am a young professional looking for a tidy and reliable person to share my 2 bed ground floor flat. I currently spend the majority of my time at my boyfriend's which means you will have the flat to yourself most of the time. The room is available for 6 months before I rent out the whole flat. There’s the possibility of staying on at the flat if you want to find someone to fill the additional bedroom/keep the flat for yourself, obviously the rent will change.

You must like dogs as I have a very excitable vizsla called Gus!

The flat is right next to Southampton Common and only a short walk from Bedford Place. The train station is roughly only a 20 minute walk away.

There is free on-street parking available and a shared garden.

The room is a small double with a wardrobe, shelves and a small chest of draws. There is also storage available in the rest of the flat.

You will also have full access to the large lounge, kitchen and bathroom.
