FULLY FURNISHED flat (LANDLORD LIVE OUT), a spacious double room with ensuite toilet/shower, as well as another toilet-bathroom, is available. Come with its own assigned off-road parking space, and walking distance to supermarket, in a quiet residential area (with bus links to city center).
Landlord (myself) works away from Soton (so now live out) but on few occasions visit Soton/Hampshire area, so some personal stuff kept in the single room and it is out of bound. Tenant(s) will be notified early if landlord is coming to retrieve stuffs.
In short, one would have the flat for themselves all the time (with no use on single room however), and need to pay the energy and water bills, on average £100.
For Couple, the cost will be £1100 + some bills

It is for long term rental, for those who likely stay beyond one year, contract may be negotiated.
[The last two years have been rented to a Soton doctor and he had essentially got the whole flat with lower cost, as I have only visit less than a handful of time)
