It is a very CLEAN and TIDY and professional house in the Maybush area. The location is superb with good transport links and within 3 miles of the city centre and within walking distance from Shirley high street. It is less than 1 mile to Southampton general hospital and there is a Tesco express and Domino’s at the top of the road.

The other 3 rooms are let to really lovely professional people. One tenant has lived there for almost 5 years. The house has a very friendly and welcoming vibe.

There is a good sized shared kitchen / diner and a very good sized shared living room with sofa TV and desk. The bathroom is clean and tidy with a very powerful shower. There is also a separate downstairs toilet, which means there are 2 toilets for 3 rooms (one of the rooms is en-suite, so has its own toilet and shower). There is an outside garden, with a secure shed for pushbike storage.

The deposit is one month's rent in advance plus one month as a deposit, so £1,500 to get the keys. I also need a reference from your current landlord.
