A comfortable, contemporary fully furnished double room available in this warm and friendly detatched house. The room is newly decorated with a queen size bed and an original victorian fireplace. Sharing with friendly house mates Alex and Jenny. Wireless unlimited broadband, dish washer, washing machine and all bills included. The house includes a large back garden, lounge and dining room with wooden floors and open fires. 2 minutes walk to local shops, river and parks in Bitterne Triangle. Regular bus service to Southampton. There is also plenty of on street parking (non permit parking.. hurrah!) I'm looking for a friendly, relaxed and professional person (women preferred) to complete the house. I don't mind smokers but just not in the house if that makes sense?
