Newly Decorated Double Room

Hey,

I have 2 newly decorated double rooms available to rent in my three bedroom house. 1 is available from the 25th July the other 9th August. The rent includes all bills.

The house has a lovely garden which catches the sun through out the day (currently being landscaped) and a double garage which could also be available if your needing to store a few extra bits.

The downstairs comprises of a large open plan lounge / dining room, good sized kitchen which has just been fitted, bathroom, a utility area and a lean too/ sun area.

The room is offered fully furnished with lots of storage and you will have use of all the appliances, pots pans etc.

I would want you to treat my house as your home.

Conveniently located in the Woolston/ Itchen area. The house is a 5 min walk from Woolston Train station (by the Itchen Bridge) for routes to Southampton / Portsmouth and beyond. It is also a quick drive out to the M27 either via J5, J7 or J8. And it’s also close enough to walk into town which takes about 20min.

Parking is on street and there are no restrictions in the local area.

I am a laid back friendly person who is easy to live with being tidy and considerate of others. I love having friends over for dinner/ BBQs and you would always be invited to join. I am also very outdoorsy and love to sail, cycle, wakeboard, surf & snowboard.

The last thing to mention is that I have a 7 year old Staffy called Buddy. He is super friendly and loves a cuddle on the sofa.
