Cosy furnished double room £100p/w all bils incl

Hello,

I am looking for a lodger to live in my house in fully furnished double room.

The room measures 3. 7m x 2. 7m
It`s been decorated and has a double bed, bedside table, desk, office chair, wardrobe and wooden Venetian blinds and new light fitting.
The bedroom door is lockable with a key.

This will include - all bills(gas, electric, water, 150MB unlimited fibre optic broadband), Chip in for cleaning supplies and toilet/kitchen rolls etc and help with the housework sometimes . :)

You will have access to our fully fitted kitchen with large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, hob, oven and our fitted bathroom with power shower, fully decorated lounge with 50in tv and sky box which we never use.
I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, will look after the house, responsible and also easy to get along with.
