I have got a large double room with a balcony and amazing sea view of the river Itchen facing ocean village in a three bedroom apartment.

The building is built in 2015 and has got so many amenities around the place. It's got the famous Mettricks cafe, Supermarine pizza place, Vospers burgers and a massive lidl in the complex. Great place to live and make new friends. Also beautiful place to go for a walk.

The room has a 40" tv, double bed, two bedside cabinet, wardrobe and 6 chest of drawers, so there is plenty of storage. As seen on the add. Also it's got a massive kitchen dining. The main bathroom will be shared with one other person and it's massive and spacious.

There is good transport links, woolston bus station and railway station is less than 5 minutes of walk. City centre is 20 minutes of walk cross the Itchen bridge. First 11 number bus comes right in the complex.
