The house has 5 double sized rooms in a mixture of room sizes, plus a large well equipped kitchen and dining / lounge area including communal TV with plenty of space for everyone. Outdoor courtyard to front with garden to the rear, plus front drive for cars, all with security lighting.

Being all post grad there is an excellent like minded community in the house - two thirds of the people in the house have renewed for a second year (or more) in the house. We also welcome post grads from outside the U. K. who are studying at Southampton University. Recently we have had post grad students from France, Norway, Italy, China and USA as well as the UK.

The communal areas - kitchen, toilet, bathroom etc. are cleaned weekly by professional cleaners.

If you have a car there are parking spaces on driveway, bike storage at rear.

A 2 minute walk to The Avenue for the U1, U2 and 1 buses, and few minutes walk in the other direction for bus routes U6 and 2.
