The property is a quiet semi house in Millbrook (SO16 9LU) on the out skirts of town and just 5 min to M27. Bus routes are very close by for Shirley, Town Centre & General Hospital. Nursling and Totton are 10 min drive..
The house is decorated through out and up to date with cooking & washing facilities. Off road parking available.
You will have full use of the house and TV lounge but CLEAN and Tidy would be a MUST and know how to use a hoover. There is also a rear
garden with patio, ideal for the summer to chill, Smoking Outside only...
