Double bedroom: private living room/bathroom 1 Feb

Hello there,

You will share the house with a lovely, considerate, professional female who has been living there since Sep 2021. She is Spanish.
You will have your own bathroom with a bathtub and exclusive use of the living room.

The house has 2 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms, a living room and a reception room so there is plenty of space. This means, each of you has their own living room downstairs. One room has access to the patio, the other has a TV connection.

The double room for rent is South West facing, overlooking the gardens/patios and has a built in wardrobe. The room comes with the full use of the family bathroom downstairs.

This is very well located - you can walk to most places: 5' to the Tesco Express or LIDL, 15-20’ to the railway station, 7' to the Commons and 10-15’ to the town centre !!! Bus stops are very nearby too, literally 2 streets away so a couple of mins walk at most.

I lived in many shared houses in the past so I know the drills and I'd love you to feel home. I'll do my best to make you feel at ease !

Also, in terms of parking, if you have a car, I can ask the council to provide you with a permit. There is always place to park around the house.

I will provide you with all the things you might need (towels, bed sheet etc...). Just ask !

The living room has been re-done recently. The mattress has very little use and it is very comfy. This is a fair sized room - around 11 m2, it is light and very quiet.

I think the best way is to come for a viewing and meet the current tenant to see if you are well suited to live together!

PS: please note that some pieces of furniture are not exactly the same as the ones on the pictures. The leaving tenant brought some of his to make it more homey. You are welcome to do that. Equally, if you need me I can fetch things for you.
