This is a lovely modern home in a quiet road, off the A27. Newly decorated and well kept. .
It is in a great location near riverside walks and countryside and yet within 15mins walk to railway station, (Parkway and Swaythling , route to London and the SW ) , Universtiy Campus, 5 min drive Southampton airport and city centre easily accessible.

Up the hill, next door is a garden centre which serve yummy breakfasts, costa coffee and cake with meal offers on Thursdays., Hobby craft is next door. A minutes walk away is a nice pub, next to the river. There is also a Sizzling pub 7 mins away serving pub meals.

The house is homely. It has a large kitchen breakfast room, utility room, lounge , a balcony patio area off the kitchen and a large well kept garden. There is also a dining table in the lounge.

There are 2 en suite double bedrooms, 2 double rooms with built in wardrobes, and 2 bedrooms downstairs to the front of the property.
