The postcode of the property is SO14 0LD which is within easy walking distance of the city centre and train station. A resident's parking permit is available if you own a car, which is currently £30 per year approximately.

The property is clean, comfortable and offers good quality accommodation. There is a fully equipped kitchen/diner with appliances, including fridge/freezer and a washing machine, and a shower room.. The bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The house has central heating with a new boiler and a small garden.

The room would suit a young employed person (references will be required). Rent is £400 per calendar month which includes Gas, Electric, Water & Council Tax. A deposit of £400 is required also.

There are no fees as you will be dealing directly with the friendly (live-out) landlord.
