My house is a 2 bed terrace where you have your own bathroom as I have an en suite to my room. you have the use of a modern kitchen, a large bright living room and a lovely garden. As part of renting the room you will have your own parking space. i'm only at the my house about 20% of the time, so you will have pretty much the run of it. When I am there, I will be with my dog, she is soft and relaxed Labrador and very friendly, so must like dogs.

The area is perfect for someone who love the outdoors as the local harbours are brilliant for paddleboarders, sailing, walking and cycle routes on your doorstep.
