Double room, quiet apartment, 2 mins to the beach

Bright double available in sought after location. The apartment is close to the seafront and has great transport links to Gunwharf, the University etc. We are just a 3 minute walk from the beach, 20 from the Uni, 8 for Palmerston road. The bedroom is comfortably furnished with a desk and wardrobe. A TV with a fire-stick is for your use, to watch your subscriptions. Parking is available if cheap permits are purchased from the library.

I am an English teacher who works away most of the time. I enjoy relaxing at home and maintain a calm environment. I enjoy socialising and I'm friendly. I enjoy travelling and have lived with many people from different cultures (enjoying making lots of friends along the way).

I work away so you will mainly be sharing with another lodger who is male, 20s, calm, friendly post graduate.
