House for 3 Professional Sharers Central Southsea

We have a mid-terraced, furnished house, to let in central Southsea for 3 professional or mature student sharers. It will be available at the beginning of December.

We are looking for a group of 3, not individuals applicants.

There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 single
A sitting room and dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
There is a paved garden with outside seating

The house is minutes from Albert Road shops and restaurants and a short walk to the sea front.

All rooms have comfortable beds, chest of drawers, wardrobes and writing tables/desks with chair..

Sitting / Dining room
The sitting room has a sofa, armchair, small tables and tv unit.
The dining room has a table and chairs.

Kitchen
There are good range of storage cupboards, ceramic hob and oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble drier.

Garden
Paved garden with storage shed for bicycles

Housekeeping
A fortnightly cleaning services is provided for the shared areas and is included in rent. Housemates look after their own rooms.
