I have a large double room available for a Student Only to rent within my 2 bed flat from 25th Sept (possibly earlier) - but is available for early viewings, .

The flat is perfectly situated between Portsmouth City Centre and Southsea. Close to all Shops, Cafes , Bars and Gyms. Great transport links, 3 mins walk to Fratton Train Station for great links to London, bus stops all around, University Bus across the road, 15 mins walk to city centre, 15 mins walk to Albert Road Southsea and 30 mins walk to the beach. Most Portsmouth University buildings are within 15 mins walk from flat. Close to Continental Ferries and Southampton airport 20 mins by car or train.

I am looking to share my flat with a clean and tidy Student who is looking for a quiet place to stay and study and likes to have their own space.

I am a professional and work Monday to Friday, dividing my time between working from home and being out at the office. When I am not at work I am either out at the Gym, Socialising or at home chilling in front of TV, listening to music or doing my art.

The room comes furnished with Double Bed with storage underneath, Triple Wardrobe, Chest of Drawers, Study Desk and Chair, Bookcase, Bedside Tables, Bedside Lamps, TV point and is Gas Central Heated.

You will have use of a Large Clean Bathroom, with over bath Shower and constant Hot water, the kitchen has Microwave, Gas Hob/Electric Oven, Fridge Freezer and Washing Machine. There is also a small balcony for drying clothes. All bills are included in rent, gas, electricity, water and Wi-Fi.
