Spacious Double ~ SEAFRONT

This flat has been recently renovated and I'm really proud of how it's turned out.

I'm looking for a tidy flatmate who enjoys going out every so often, keeping active and someone I feel I can trust.

The bedroom that's available is still getting redecorated so photos aren't available yet, but the bed and matress will be brand new for you. You're welcome to come and see the space though, it measures about 3 x 4.5m.
Double bed, wardrobe, mirror and dresser/desk.

The living room has a comfy sofa, decent TV and sound system, large extendable dining table perfect for hosting guests, and two big windows looking out over the sea.

The kitchen is great, loads of storage for us both. Huge fridge too.


A cleaner comes fortnightly, which is also included in bills, but I do like to keep on top of things so she can do the harder to reach places.
