A bright and spacious loft room in a semi-detached family home in Southsea. Double bed, a desk and a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space. Wifi is included. The room overlooks green space, with no neighbours overlooking the room. There is room to lock/store a bike. If you have a car, there is easy parking on the street - a parking permit is £120 for the year.

You have a large separate bathroom shared with one other person. The kitchen and conservatory are shared. You have your own cupboard and fridge, plus full use of washing machine, clothes dryer and dishwasher. We would generally ask you not to have overnight guests.

Near Albert Road, the main area with good pubs and restaurants. You are a 5 minute walk from the beach and seafront for sailing, surfing and swimming, with cafes and easy access to seafront cycle routes. The Hayling Ferry, Langstone Harbour and University of Portsmouth Institute of Marine Sciences are 10 minute bike ride away. There is easy access to the A27 for Havant, London and Chichester. Fratton Station is 20 minutes by foot.
