Residential Street parking - Council Parking Charge £25pm. Generally easy parking.
Festing Grove is close to Southsea beach & Promenade. Great for joggers / walkers. Local Pub, Cafés, Coop Store, Chemist, Doctors and Dentist (3 to 5mins walk). Good busses to City Centre or QA Hospital from Highland Road. Albert Road shops and restaurants (10mins). Times are approximate.
This is a shared home environment. Everyone is expected to be sociable and contribute towards making a relaxed happy household.
Bedroom 1 has a shared toilet and sink next to the room. The room has a double bed and a sunny, south facing aspect.
I have an additional second bedroom, if this is interest, and can be seen on viewing for £610pm. It is used for visiting guests and my family.
