Clean, bright, professonal Room, heart of Southsea

We are a couple that moved into our first home 8 years ago and have been letting the room out for theatre digs. After such great feedback on the room we then let it out with a past Spareroom guest and it was a great fit!

The room is freshly painted and new carpet and is a spacious king size bed.

The layout is optional, there is side tables and some hanging space. We have a modern shared shower room.

The Kitchen as you can see is brand new with a lovely dinning area, Garden is a decent size too!

Who are we looking for?

We are two young professionals and looking for a Master's or mature student or Professional we are very clean and like to think we have a well kept house.

What can you expect?

We are friendly and welcoming and enjoy the idea of being sociable with our tenant and always up for a beer or a glass of wine or two! We are a stones throw from Albert Road. Maya our Greyhound is like a daughter, she has some trust issues can take time to get to know you!
