I am a friendly professional with a furnished double room to rent in a popular residential area very close to the seafront, and within walking distance of all the amenities of Albert Road. The room has wireless broadband. It would probably suit a tidy professional or serious mature student, and somebody quieter rather than someone who likes to party, as I live alone and tend to bring work home!

However, I am sociable and would do my best to ensure that you feel most welcome, comfortable and at home. The house has a warm and homely feel to it with many original features and stripped pine flooring. The kitchen/diner is well equipped and opens onto an attractive, well-kept garden.
