Description
I currently have a male, professional Monday to Friday lodger renting one room. I do a lot of travelling in my motor home and am often away for 3 to 4 months at a time.
The house is in a quiet area about 300m from the side of Langstone harbour and has lovely walks nearby. About 15 to 20 mins walk to the seafront and quick road access to the Eastern Road.
You will preferably be a professional, clean and tidy person who respects the other residents space. You will preferably be a resident in your own home elsewhere and paying council tax on that property.
Please note there is no broadband or television license at the property. You will need to provide means to do this yourself if you need these services. A bed is provided but no bedding.
All other bills are included. other than cleaning. if a renter is happy to clean the house we can come to arrangement on the rent. Otherwise, a charge will be applied to get a regular cleaner in - approx £40 to £50 per month split between 3.
The property has adequate off road parking on the front and there is garage space available for a bike.
Although the main lounge is the whole length of the house there are 2 separate seating areas due to the conservatory which faces on to the garden.
The property is central heated and has an electric shower and bath. A separate downstairs toilet is available.
Smokers are fine but only outside the house please.
