The apartment is close to the seafront, so is ideal for those who enjoy jogging or walking by the sea! The apartment has a spacious front room/ diner, new bathroom and a patio garden. The room is a small double which is offered with furniture.

The apartment is located on an attractive street in South sea, 2 minutes from the seafront and Southsea shopping centre. The street is one way, safe and quiet. Parking is allowed with an inexpensive permit. It's a 15 minute walk to the train station and the apartment is close to the main bus routes.

I am a happy, friendly teacher who would like to live with a tidy, respectful person. I work 9-5 and would like to live with a student or professional. I am learning Spanish, so someone interested in languages would be great! I am tidy and considerate.

I have a small, friendly cat who adds to the homeliness of the flat!
