Southsea - Comfortable Double Room

Hello..
I have a double room for rent, it has a comfortable king size bed, chest of drawers, clothes cupboard, tv, and is situated at the back looking out onto the garden.
There is a kitchen/diner and utility room which leads into an enclosed garden, which can be used to store a bike if needed via a side entrance.
A car space is available for off road parking.
It’s ok to smoke but only in the back garden, not inside.

The house is well situated close to shops, gym, bus stop and train station.
It’s a 20-25 minute walk to the sea front and Albert Road.

The house is professionally cleaned once a month and is kept clean and tidy throughout.

All bills etc are included in rent and I would require a months rent in advance.
