The house is in a good location for shops, buses and trains.
There is a residents parking scheme here, with restrictions between 1600 and 1800, although there is limited parking available opposite the house.
I would expect you to be clean and tidy. The room would suit a male professional, preferably 35 or over.

Rent is £575pcm, payable in advance, and includes all bills except the landline, and you will only pay for that if you use it. Deposit is £200.
