I have two double rooms available; smaller double from 8th May (£300) and the medium double available now (£310).

It is a shared flat in a fantastic location. Would suit a recent graduate/young professional (sandwich year) or possibly mature student.

It is comfortable, safe and secure with one female mature student. Car parking space is available if required.

Clean, tidy and a fantastic location within 5 mins walk to Gunwharf Quay, Portsmouth City Centre, Palmerston Road and Southsea Common and yards from the University buildings, (Library, Student Union, Sports Halls). To Fratton would take about 15mins walk or about 5 mins cycle.

Small double includes built in wardrobe, 2 shelves, side drawer and double bed. Medium double includes built in wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, side drawer and double bed.

Internet is available to share with the other flatmate(s). There is no TV at present as I would leave that to the flatmates. Rent is £300 and £310 per calendar month including council tax (bills/utilities excluded).
