Fantastic Southsea Seafront Location

I have a lovely large double room on own floor of my 5 3 storey 5 bed Victorian house in Craneswater Park area, so mins from Seafront, Albert Road, buses to Gunwharf and about 20 mins walk from Fratton station. Sole use of bathroom on the floor and use of all other amenities. House recently renovated to very high standards. Love to open up and share it with another easy going person who like me maybe younger in mind than in years. I’ve a 9 month Bichon puppy Salvo who is very good and mostly well behaved and quiet and loves new friends once he knows you :)
