The house has a large living room with a large flat screen TV (NB the TV shown in the photo has been replaced!), broadband, modern kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, second toilet and patio garden.
It is a very short walk to Fratton train station and a few seconds from a decent parade of shops.
Heating, hot water, plumbing, roof, electrics etc are all protected under an emergency call-out contract, so problems are sorted out with the minimum of fuss.
Deposits are protected under a government-approved scheme, so you never have to worry about it being taken from you unjustly.
Tenants share gas, electricity and broadband bills. The landlord pays the council tax, water rates and TV licence. The cost of a cleaner who comes for two hours every fortnight is split between the tenants and landlord.
The house is licensed with Portsmouth City Council so fire safety and other checks are carried out.
