Private Bedroom, Lounge and Bathroom for rent.

Hi there,

I’m looking for a great flat mate or couple to house share. The property is on the border of Southsea and Eastney and a 5 minute stroll to the seafront. The living space is as close to a self contained flat as possible with your own lounge, bedroom and bathroom.

The ground floor is comprised of the 12ft x 10ft bay lounge, 10ft x 10ft double bedroom, shared kitchen and a small private bathroom (The two floors above are my living area). There is also a small back garden has a decked seating area and outdoor bbq.

The rooms are supplied fully furnished but there is some limited storage should you have some of your own furniture. All bills are included as well as 900Mb broadband. A one month deposit is also required.

I’m not adverse to well behaved dogs, but cats unfortunately I do have to say no to. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask, I usually can reply instantly.

I’m a 47 year old guy who keeps his own company fairly well, runs 3 times a week and runs a small business that can require trips away from time to time.
