We are current housemates posting this advert on behalf of landlady.

The current occupants are all male and professionals. We are very friendly, organised, silent, clean and tidy who enjoys spending quality time together. We are looking for a mature student or a professional to occupy a room in a 4 bedroom house.

A cleaner comes fortnightly to clean the shared spaces including living room, toilets, shower, dining room, kitchen and stairways. The house is well maintained by following some housekeeping rules agreed upon by all the occupants. The current occupants spend good amount of time in keeping things tidy. So, we are looking for a clean, tidy, organised and friendly person to join us in this well kept and lovely house.

Rent: £380
Approx bills per month: £54 + energy bills( based on seasonal energy use. £50-£75).

You should be working with permanent salary or can be a student with guarantor. If you are having difficulty arranging a guarantor, you may be able to pay few months of rent in advance.

Nearby Supermarkets: Tesco, Sainsbury and Co-op at 5 minutes walk. Lidl at 10 minute walk.

Seafront: 20 minute walk or 5 min cycling
