The house has a communal living room, kitchen, toilet with shower, toilet with bath and paved garden.

The rent starts at £380per month, gas and electric are not included in rent. The gas and electric are both on top up cards. Internet and water are both included in the rent.

The contract starts 1st of September and ends on the 30th of June this means you won't be paying for a house you're not living in over Summer. £400 deposit and first months rent are needed before the moving in.

30 seconds from a Lidl. a minute walk to the uni bus stop. Coop is only 2-3minute walk. Takes about 20mins to walk to Uni.
