Large sunny double and cosy single rooms in a fully refurbished house are now available for rent, The room has a view over our impressive garden and consists of all necessities such as double bed, chest of drawers and desk with plenty of storage and a mirror. It has been fully redecorated and fitted with new carpet. The property is situated in Central Southsea walking distance to seafront. 2 minutes walk to Lidl and Tesco, Home Bargains and Aldi. 3 min from Fratton Rail and bus stops going to University and City Centre. This property is to share with only 3 busy professionals. Ths is a lovely and quiet house! We are looking for a tenant in full time employment or a Student with Part-Time job. This is an exceptionally clean house share. We have a weekly cleaner who cleans all communal areas and maintain appliances such as oven washer or dishwasher. We have one bathroom upstairs and a large toilet with sink and mirror downstairs to be shared only with one other.
