A bed and separate sitting room in a quiet house. Easy access to the beach, university, train station and town centre. This would suit a female mature student or someone in full time employment, not a home worker. Your privacy will be guaranteed as there is a separate staircase leading up to the rooms. All that is required is you too are quiet, friendly and will keep your rooms and the shared areas clean and tidy.. The bedroom furniture is relatively new and the bed very comfy. There is parking but it is on road, however, it is not in a parking zone so no permit required.. Unfortunately, there is no ensuite bathroom but from the photos you'll see it is a lovely and spacious shared one and it is used by just one other. It is a nice neighbourhood with friendly helpful neighbours. There is a lovely park just minutes away. There is easy access to the railway station. This is an opportunity to live in a secure, happy house. Sorry but no couples and is for a female lodger to share with another female. Thanks for reading.
