It is accessed via our family home so we’re looking for a professional, respectful tenant - one person only and no guests without prior agreement. It is fully furnished and ready for someone to move straight in. There’s off street parking available on our drive way.

The flat will be professionally cleaned and all bedding and towels will be laundered on a weekly basis.
